Since 2002, I've been a natural light portrait photographer specializing in relaxed, low-key sessions to authentically and beautifully capture the essence of personalities and feelings through light-filled color and classic black & white images.

Based in Arlington, Virginia, I love collaborating with families, seniors, couples, and professionals throughout the Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas.

I started my career working as a CPA for Arthur Andersen which evolved into a finance manger role at Accenture Consulting. Then, after the first of our three children were born, I was inspired to learn how a camera, the art of observation, and a little creative-thinking could help me document the details of our kid's personalities and mannerism that were emerging and sometimes disappearing before I was ready to let them go.  

 

What started as a passion fueled by countless chaotic and bittersweet moments in motherhood, launched a small business. Everyday, I'm grateful to be able to continue doing what I love with other families and professionals.
