How It Works:

START THE PROCESS

We can schedule a quick call or email to discuss questions.

Decide on a session date & timeframe to temporarily reserve your session. All sessions are scheduled as a "morning' or 'afternoon' timeframe. Morning sessions can begin between sunrise and 10am, afternoon sessions can begin between 2pm and 3 hours before sunset.

Sessions are first-come-first-served and officially booked/reserved once your Photography Agreement is signed (see below).

SESSION FEE PAYMENT & PREVIEWING YOUR IMAGES

Pay the $200 Portrait Experience Session Fee (or the $250 Headshot Session Fee) AFTER your session. My payment portal accepts all major credit cards.

Approximately two weeks after your session, receive access to your online Previewing Gallery. Every client’s gallery is unique: most 60-90 minute sessions yield 300+ custom-edited images and most 30 minute Headshot sessions yield 30+ images.

Spend the next four weeks deciding which are your favorite images you'd like to keep from your session!

BOOK YOUR SESSION & PRE-SESSION CONSULTATION

Electronically sign your Photography Agreement to hold your session on my calendar. The Photography Agreement details the process, prices, timelines, copyrights, model release, and rescheduling options. Session descriptions and pricing are HERE.

No advanced deposit is required.

Schedule a Pre-Session Consultation phone call to plan your specific session details (location options, exact starting time, what to wear, what to expect, etc). This is our opportunity to get to know each other before your session day.

FINALIZING YOUR ORDER

Finalize the Digital Collection you'll be purchasing along with any Optional Fine Art Prints before your Previewing Gallery expires (4 weeks from the date your link is sent).

Digital Collection A is the minimum.

I'll send you a click-to-pay invoice once your favorite images are finalized and begin to address any final edits.

ADVANCED PREPARATION

Review my Welcome Guides for planning tips for your upcoming session:

Finalize your session location.

Decide what to wear for your session (option: text pictures if you'd like feedback)

Touch base the day before the session to double-confirm our exact meeting location and time.

Discuss a contingency plan if the weather forecast looks questionable.

ORDER DELIVERY

Within two weeks after your order is paid, your digital images will be available to download from another gallery.

Any optional Fine Art Prints ordered will be arranged for pick-up in Arlington, VA.
