Book Your Session

Mutually agree on the session date & time
Chat on the phone for the pre-session consultation to discuss and customize your session’s details (location options, what to wear, how to prepare, etc)
Electronically sign a photography agreement to officially hold your session date & time on my calendar. My photography agreement details the processes, prices, timelines, copyrights, model releases, and rescheduling options.
No advanced deposit is required.

Advance Preparations

Review my Portrait Session Welcome Guide for ideas and details about your upcoming session
Finalize your session location
Start planning what you will wear for the session
Feel free to text pictures of what you are considering wearing if you would like feedback and suggestions for what will photograph well and look coordinated as a group

Finalize Your Order

Schedule your post-session consultation to discuss your Collection order
Finalize your order over the course of the month
Your online previewing gallery will expire after four weeks. A two-week extensions can be purchased for a $25 reposting fee.
Pay the remaining balance of your Collection through your gallery’s online payment portal
Your gallery's payment portal accepts credit cards or as an alternative, you can always mail a check

Session Day

Touch base the day before the session to double confirm our plans and exact meeting location
Discuss a contingency plan if the weather looks like it may be questionable
Relax and trust me.....it's going to be fun!

Online Image Previewing Gallery

Expect a request to pay a $250 non-refundable deposit approximately two weeks after your session
Access your online, private, sharable previewing gallery once your non-refundable payment is received
Every client’s online gallery is unique, but most 60-90 minute sessions yield 100+ custom-edited images
Spend the next four weeks deciding which images are your favorites!

Order Delivery

For Authentic and Monochrome Portrait Sessions, approximately two weeks after your remaining balance is paid, your digital images will be mailed to your street address on a flash drive.
Any optional reprints ordered will be arranged for pick-up in Arlington, VA.
Headshot session digital images are sent electronically through a Dropbox Folder to your email address for downloading.
