Let me know what type of photography experience you are interested in booking.

Mutually agree on the session date & either a Morning or Afternoon timeframe for Family or Senior session to temporarily reserve the appointment on my calendar. (Note: Morning sessions begin between sunrise and 10:00 am and Afternoon sessions begin between 2:00 pm and 3 hours before sunset)

Headshot sessions, which require less time, can be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time.

OFFICIALLY BOOK YOUR SESSION

Schedule and have a Pre-Session Consultation phone call to plan the details for your session (location options, exact starting time, what to wear, how to prepare, what to expect, etc)

Electronically sign my Photography Agreement to officially hold your session on my calendar. My Photography Agreement details the process, prices, timelines, copyrights, model releases, and rescheduling options.

Please note: If you'd rather sign the Photography Agreement BEFORE the Pre-Session Consultation to officially book the session date and time, just let me know and I'll send it to you asap!

No advanced deposit is required - only your e-signature on my Photography Agreement.

ADVANCED PREPARATIONS

Review my Welcome Guides to help you plan for your upcoming session:

Finalize your session location.

Plan what to wear for the session (option: text pictures if you'd like any feedback)

Touch base the day before the session to double-confirm our exact meeting location.

Discuss a contingency plan if the weather forecast looks questionable.

SESSION DAY

IMAGE PREVIEWING GALLERY
-
Expect to pay a $250 non-refundable deposit approximately two weeks after your session
-
Receive access to your online, private, sharable previewing gallery once your deposit is received
-
Every client’s online gallery is unique. Most 60-90 minute Family or Senior sessions yield 200+ custom-edited images and most 30 minute Headshot sessions yield 30+ images.

Spend the next two weeks deciding which images are your favorites!

FINALIZING YOUR ORDER

Schedule your Post-Session Consultation to discuss placing your order.
-
Finalize your order before your previewing gallery expires: four weeks from the date your link is sent (a two-week extensions can be purchased for a $25 reposting fee).

Pay the remaining balance of your Collection (for family or senior sessions) through your gallery’s online payment portal. The $250 deposit will be deducted from your final balance. For Headshot sessions, the $250 deposit includes 3 digital images from your session. Any additional headshot images can be purchased individually after reviewing your gallery.

ORDER DELIVERY

For Family and Senior Portrait Experiences, approximately two weeks after your remaining balance is paid, your digital images will be mailed to your street address on a flash drive.

Any optional Fine Art Prints ordered will be arranged for pick-up in Arlington, VA.

Digital images from Headshot Sessions are sent electronically through a Dropbox Folder to your email address for downloading.
