Should I bring a prop, college swag, or cap and gown to my Senior Photo Session?

Collaborating with Seniors in the Washington DC metro area to ensure the final galley of images reflect their authentic personality is one of favorite aspects of the photography experience. If you'd like to consider intentionally including a prop or location, college swag, or graduation regalia into your session, I'm 100% in favor of getting creative with you!
Here are some thoughts to consider if this would be fun for you. Are you interested in:
highlighting a special accomplishment or place
giving a nod towards your future plans,
showcasing a talent or hobby, or
adding a touch of sentimentality from childhood, or
all the above?
We can plan to spend a few minutes incorporating your items in artistic ways during your session. Below are some examples from my fabulous Senior clients to help you envision how your own ideas might be incorporated in your Senior Session.
THE CAP and GOWN & OTHER GRADUATION REGALIA:
Select a few pieces to incorporate at a time or have a full dress rehearsal...up to you!
COLLEGE SWAG:
Once decisions are made, it's exciting to incorporate that new college swag!
Don't forget to factor in delivery times for online orders so it arrives before your session.
HOBBIES, ACCOMPLISHMENTS, SENTIMENTAL ITEMS and PLACES, & NEXT STEPS:
Love incorporating details that are meaningful to you!
AND FINALLY....
I’m really looking forward to planning your special senior session and photographing you! My cell is 571 212-4258 if you'd like to explore how we can customize a session just for you.
